Completely overhauled vertical bagger with MAP
This machine has been completely overhauled recently. See the photo’s.
Speed depends on set-up, product, bag size and gas-flush.
Specs:
- Industrial PC control (B & R) color touch screen
- Intel processor, menu-driven, multiple access levels and extensive parameter setting possibilities. Fault diagnosis with history view.
- Control panel, frame and mounting material in stainless steel 304.
- Foil transport by means friction belts driven by frequency-controlled motors, pneumatic stepless adjustable contact pressure.
- Main drive with servo motor, opening cross jaws variable. All drives flanged directly no chains, toothed belts or cardan shafts in the drive
- Print mark read by means photocell for printed film.
- Bag length detection receivers for precise bag length control at unprinted film.
- Automatic track side control, control of film course by means sensors and automatic correction the lateral gradient.
- Foil clamp and receivers for easy posting of a new role.
- Maximum mechanical capacity 60 cycles / minute.
- Operating range bag width 100-450mm. (At flat bags)
- Bag length up to 600mm.
